To our customers, we offer Exchange and Return options within 14 working days from the delivery date.

Change

Exclusive service DELIVERY OF THE EXCHANGE AND CONTEMPORARY COLLECTION OF THE RETURN, within 24/48 working hours.
Following your email, we will proceed directly to the shipment of the requested exchange; upon delivery, the courier will also collect the return.

Service cost: €8 to be paid in cash to the courier.
Request the service at: [email protected] indicating the order number and the desired exchange.

Return

Collection service with refund provision
Service cost: €4,90
The €4.90 will be deducted from the cost of the goods at the time of refund.

Free collection service with provision of a shopping voucher to be spent within 1 year.
Service cost: FREE
The amount of the voucher will be equal to the cost of the returned goods.

Collections can be made at home or at a Fermo point.
Request services at: [email protected] indicating the order number and the chosen service.


Execution times: refunds and shopping vouchers will be issued within 24/48 working hours of receiving the goods.
Actual crediting times to your statement may vary from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Note We would like to point out that shipping costs are paid entirely to the courier for the express and insured service they provide. The prices of our products are those of the factory and are not recharged with additional costs, for this reason we are unable to provide a free exchange/return but the minimum rate is required for a fast and quality service.

Autonomous return

For those who do not wish to use our partner couriers, the goods can be returned independently to the following address:
De Caro Store srl - Via Aniello capuano 19 III - 84083 Castel San Giorgio (SA).

After shipping, you will need to provide the shipment number to: [email protected].
The package must contain a note indicating the order number and the desire to receive a refund.

For payments made by cash on delivery, indicate IBAN and ACCOUNT HOLDER.

Users who have chosen to pay in advance will receive credit on the same card used for payment.

The refund will be equal to the full value of the goods, excluding shipping costs.
